Tarte is a leader in the beauty industry, offering eco-chic, cruelty-free cosmetics & hypoallergenic, vegan skincare. Every product is packed with naturally-derived ingredients and always formulated without the bad stuff like parabens, phthalates, sodium lauryl sulfate, triclosan, and gluten. Jill incorporated elements from nature into makeup tools to represent the headline, “Makeup from the Earth”.
