Jill began her career working for advertising agencies, branding firms, and photographers. She gained extensive experience in print and digital design, brand identity systems, and commercial photography and videography for a variety of large and small brands. It wasn’t long before she decided to use this experience to benefit causes she cares about. In the decade since, she’s witnessed and led social impact organizations to invest in strategic design to build their brands and drive engagement. Balancing compelling brand strategies with an acute attention to detail, Jill sees both as critical to how design can move people and drive progress. She’s supported global teams to create pipelines of compelling storytelling content, always paying close attention to the voices and perspectives that inform and find their way into her design. Before working as head of design at One K Creative, Jill was a brand manager for Water For People, an international nonprofit, where she grew the global identity from ideation through strategy and content production.
