Jill managed, designed, and produced digital and print communication assets and tools for cross-departmental use and advised on all visual components for Water For People. She owned strategic creative development of the new Water For People website, campaigns, asset collection, fundraising events, donor communications, and marketing materials from start to finish, including initial conceptualization, project management, creative oversight, graphic design, production, and implementation.
Jill launched a marketing asset management platform to organize and distribute creative materials to the organization, donors, committees, and volunteers. She hired and provided direction to outside contractors including designers, photographers, videographers, and printers. She created and refined processes for in-field asset collection including budget planning, directing and prepping photographers and videographers, training employees, maintaining consent processes, and managing post-production.
